The Department of Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences is pleased to welcome Dr. Gretchen Peacock as its new interim department head. A longtime member of the Utah State University community, Dr. Peacock brings decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She previously served as head of the Department of Psychology and most recently as Executive Director of the Sorenson Legacy Foundation Center for Clinical Excellence. As she begins her new role, Dr. Peacock is excited to return to an academic department. "I'm excited to be back in an academic unit and really look forward to working with faculty, staff, and graduate students to support the strong research and teaching missions of ITLS," she said. The ITLS community looks forward to Dr. Peacock's leadership and welcomes her to the department.
