I also teach PE at Carbon High School and teach at The Studio in Price. I am a certified instructor of Zumba, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. I just completed my personal training certification. I am also active in the cheer and dance world. I am a certified cheer and dance judge in the state of Utah. I coached cheer at Carbon High School for 17 years.</p> <br> <p>I was born and raised in Carbon County and have a passion for the youth in our area-teaching them to love and accept themselves. Also figuring out what their personal “healthy” is.</p>
