<bio>I'm currently pursuing my MS in Kinesiology after graduating with my BS in exercise science in Spring of 2026. My goal is to become an internal medicine doctor with specialties in sports medicine and endocrinology. My research interests lie in RED-S, eating disorders/disordered eating (especially in recreational athletes), and how to fuel physical activity. I've grown up in Colorado and Utah, so the mountains have always been my one true love. When I'm not studying, you can usually find me training for a race, devouring books, laughing at my own jokes, or taking a nap in the cadaver lab. </bio>
