Kamryn Meek

Biography

I am currently a student of USU's MS Kinesiology program. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology (2025) at USU, and am now pursuing my Kinesiology degree so that I may become a Certified Mental Performance Counselor/Coach. I am a Graduate Assistant, teaching weight training and soccer courses as well as a Research Assistant for Dr. Shannon Pynn in USU's Sport Psychology Lab. I am from Utah and love any outdoor/physical activities and sports. I have played basketball and soccer for as long as I can remember and am very passionate about mental health alongside sport and performance.
