Integrated Assessment

The Integrated Assessment division of the Behavioral Health Clinic is composed of an interdisciplinary team of licensed professionals in the fields of psychology, speech-language pathology, social work, and audiology. The team evaluates children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of developmental, behavioral, and academic concerns, and specializes in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder. Interventions for individuals with Autism and executive functioning challenges are also provided on a limited basis.

Insurance/Fee Information

The Integrated Assessment Clinic serves as a training site for graduate students and, as such, is limited in terms of insurance billing.  For the Psychology portion of the evaluation, we are only able to bill your insurance if you / your child is solely insured by Utah Medicaid.  For all others, the Psychology portion of the evaluation is $750.  A payment plan can be arranged if needed. For the Speech-Language and Audiology portions of the evaluation, we can bill most insurances.  Please contact the clinic for information on which insurance plans we currently accept.
