Lora Israelsen

I'm a licensed psychologist who specializes in diagnostic assessments related to neurodevelopmental disorders and cognitive differences. I'm a Clinical Assistant Professor at Utah State University, where I supervise graduate students and teach courses related to standardized assessment. 

 

I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and a master's degree from Harvard University. My predoctoral internship prioritized training for pediatric neuropsychological assessments and neurodevelopmental evaluations. Following my doctorate, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at ChildServe, a large medical clinic in Iowa that provides care to children with complex medical needs and/or developmental disorders. I have also received specialized training in the treatment of sleep disorders and perinatal/postpartum mood disorders.
