AAC Conference Credit Options

You may receive ONE of three credit types for attending the Arts Are Core conference. If you are unsure which kind of credit is best for you, speak with your principal, instructional coach, or district arts integration coach.

1. USBE Relicensure Points

7 Relicensure Hours
Cost: Free
These hours can be used to fulfill educator license renewal requirements. These hours will appear on your Altitude transcript. Get credit for relicensure hours by picking up your certificate of completion at the end of the conference which includes instructions for logging hours in Altitude.

2. USBE Credit

0.5 USBE Credits 
Cost: Free
USBE credit can also be used to fulfill educator license renewal requirements and some districts will accept USBE credit for lane changes, while others will not. This option requires an additional 2 hours of online work which will need to be completed by September 4, 2026. This credit will appear on your Altitude transcript.

3. CEU Credit

1 CEU Non-Academic Credit from USU
Cost: $30
This is a non-degree seeking and non-academic credit from USU. Most districts will accept CEU credit for lane changes. This option requires an additional 3 hours of online work which will need to be completed by September 4, 2026. This credit will appear on a separate Utah State University transcript. *It may take up to 24 hrs after registration to get an email confirmation with an A number to access the Canvas course for the online work.
